Our work is not published: our clients retain ownership of their image, names, logos and documents.

What we collect, and why
The personal data collected is the data you enter in the contact form: organisation, position, email, telephone and message.
SOST’N records it to handle and answer your request. It is not sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
It is kept for three years from the last contact, the period set by the CNIL for business-to-business prospecting, then deleted.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. Write to contact@sostn.fr: we will send you the data we hold or delete it.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL, the French data protection authority).
Trackers
This site sets no audience measurement, advertising or social media cookies. A five-minute technical cookie may keep what you typed after a form error, if your browser does not run JavaScript.
SOST’N itself runs anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement: pages viewed, referring site, screen type, language and clicks on contact links. This data is not passed on to any third party.
Your IP address is not stored. The visit identifier is computed irreversibly and changes every day: your visits cannot be linked from one day to the next.
These statistics are kept for thirteen months at most. As it is limited to measuring visits to the site, this measurement is exempt from consent under the CNIL guidelines: no consent banner is therefore required.
